Cancellation and Return Policy



If you feel the product you have received is not as exactly as the one listed on website. QMO has a free of charge 2 days return policy for all the products except jewelry, Artwork and watches. You will be required to provide an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number, which will be provided to you by QMO team via E-mail or phone. Simply mail us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note that item must be in an unused condition and contain all the tags and packaging (if any). If there is a fault in the product shipped to you that is a manufacturing defect, your product will be replaced. Any/All electronic products sold at QMO are backed by manufacturer warranties. Defective products (verified as sold defective) could be returned through following the above product return process. A refund or exchange coupon would be issued.

Certain products purchased on QMO if returned for reasons other than being a defective product, would be subject to a restocking/handling fees, which could be up to 40% deduction of purchase value on various products. Please inquire about your purchased product and concerns with our customer service team.


At QMO, our most important consideration is that you feel comfortable while buying the items you really want. If you want to cancel an order, the rule is that sooner you inform us the better. We dispatch our orders within 48 hours so be sure to let us know about any cancellations at your earliest.

Cancellation of your order will depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. This is why; we give you a chance to cancel your order at any earlier time. If this is the case, please send us an order cancellation request to QMO Customer Service via email at [email protected] or call us on our telephone numbers and we will take care of the issue.

However, if your order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. Your best option then is to return the item for a redeemable voucher. Please note that in our efforts to deliver unmatched customer service, we aim to ship your order as soon as possible.
